Powder coating

    Powder Painting is a technology involving the depositing of paint in powder form on metal parts, and then hardening the surface. Items so painted are characterized by high corrosion resistance and great design for a very long time.
Alda company has painting  halls  of 360 m2. Our paint shop  has  chambers in which objects can be painted with a maximum weight of 30 kg. Dimensions of  a painted object cannot  exceed 1000 x 1000 x 500
In the process of painting we use the latest methods of degreasing and surface preparation for painting.
We are able to powder varnish an object  to any colour chosen by the customer.

Presses

      We offer hydraulic presses with a pressure of 25 to 250 tons. These presses are equipped with a lower actuators, which allow deep drawing steel sheets, stainless steel or aluminium. We are able to perform each of these elements on the stamping press, after delivering the right tools.
There are a few eccentric presses with pressure from 10 to 63 ton in Alda's machine park .The company  is interested in starting cooperation in the provision of services or the production .

Welding

     We are able to weld components for a wide range of thickness. We have extensive experience in the construction and repair welding of aluminium components. We use the technique of welding in argon (TIG), which is the only sure way to weld aluminium.

Assembly

   Assembly services are made in the manufacturing premises in SÅ‚awków. We have the possibility to combine separate parts into a whole.
